The City is excited to share that the 2023-2031 Adopted Housing Element has been revised to respond to the State Department of Housing and Community Development’s (“HCD”) 2^nd comment letter. These revisions were released for public review for a period of 7 days from August 18 to August 24, 2023; thereafter, the revised Housing Element was submitted to HCD on August 25, 2023. HCD has 60 days, or until October 24, 2023, to review and respond. Visit sancarlos2040.org/documents to review the revised Housing Element and all related documents.
